This ugly transition strip on the ceiling is falling down. Might I mention that their website falsely advertises the look of the home I purchased because there are no strips on the ceiling. The ceiling is smooth and without a floating ceiling strip. Carpets were spiked with Sheetrock dust when we got the house and I cant get it all up. Boards have fallen off of cabinet in master closet.

We love our new kitchen and believe Kabco did a great job from start to finish for us! Prior to selecting Kabco we had done an exhaustive review of Kabco and their top competitors in the Miami and Greater Ft. We feel very fortunate to have selected Kabco and would “highly recommend” them for anyone’s future cabinet or kitchen remodeling needs. Kabco Builders, Inc. first started designing & producing homes in May of 2003 and built its first HUD code home in October of 2003. Kabco Builders is an independent locally owned and operated company.
We loved the kitchen design KabCo provided so much that we actually incorporated our family room into the remodel. Our Project Manager, Alex and Julio and the field staff executed the project with great skill, attention to detail, and creativity. Their responsiveness, professionalism, knowledge , flexibility and problem solving capabilities were outstanding.

Nails coming through the floor and breaking the tiles. Counters were off of the wall when we got the home. Tiles were not put on the floor and are unevenly placed throughout the house. Staples and nails hanging out of base boards. One of the boards in the floor can be seen through the tiles.
Truly a piece of garbage, and the service after delivery makes it worse. I've owned multiple manufactured housing units. Never have I ever seen this crappy a product. Warranty work was promises, promises, done poorly, promises promises, worse than before they "fixed it", promises, promises, terrible workmanship, then promises, promises, and the worst yet. We've had five visits to make the ceilings look good. They looked better before their incompetent service people botched them up beyond repair.
Well a month after living in my home we had mold growing on our clothes and shoes in our master bedroom. We had to throw out a bunch of clothing due to this. Then there was mold in the cabinet above the stove where the vent system was suppose to run through. Well they never hooked that up and so it wasn’t sealed and all that mold.
I want my home fixed properly and I want it to look like it does on the website. We waited 6 months for our mobile home to get multiple problems, horrible service on repairs and substandard quality materials! The laminate covering on the trim and cabinets is peeling off after 16 months. Outlets in the master bathroom have ALL quit (I can’t afford an electrician since I paid ALMOST $100,000). Any “repairs resulted in MORE damage and problems and one cost me a $6000 piece of medical equipment . The materials of cabinets, trim, and countertops is the cheapest material I have ever seen.
Kabco “exceeded” our expectations throughout “every phase” of the process, ranging from the selection, design and installation of our kitchen and cabinets. Carlos and Julie offered great suggestions, provided incredible attention to detail and told us what we “needed” to hear, not just what we wanted to hear. We view them as being honest, hardworking and very professional. The construction and installation team were clean, fast and most importantly did an exceptional job.
The contractors were always professional, on time, courteous, and respectful of us and our home. The business end was professional and complete with no surprises. Not only was the project a complete kitchen remodel, but the ceilings, floors and walls were changed throughout the house to ensure the project flowed properly. Kabco did a great job bringing all the pieces together to make it a complete success. We 100% recommend Kabco Kitchens for anyone seeking to remodel their kitchen cabinets or their entire kitchen .
